We Listened

Thank you so much for your participation in the 2012 KC Mock Awards. We are already hard at work preparing for the 2013 event. Using your survey responses we are changing a few things about the way we run the KC Mock Awards, in the hope of making them even better for you.

For many participants, time was the major reason they couldn’t read some titles on the nominated lists. It seems like there is never enough time for reading! So in an attempt to give participants more time to prepare for the event, we are opening nominations early!

We will release two lists of nominated titles for each award. The first list will be released in early July and will be for books published January 1-June 1. The second list will be released in October and will cover books published June 2-December 31.

To stay up to date with current news about the awards, please join our mailing list. You will be notified when a new nominated list comes out, and when we have decided on a date and location for the 2013 KC Mock Awards.

In the meantime, happy reading!
